Refund policy

We have a 30-day comfort guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If it isn't right for your space, we want to make it right. To start a return, contact us at contact@amblereed.com. Once approved, we'll email you full instructions on how to send the item back, along with a prepaid return label when applicable. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@amblereed.com.
